Dandelion inspired...

The weather was so nice today...After McKenna (my 18 month old) and I got home from running errands, we found ourselves sitting next to a field by our house filled with dandelions. She loves to pick flowers and just sat there so content in the grass while reaching for which ever dandelion was closer for her to get her hands on. It was such a sweet moment. It inspired me to create some dandelion-esque style flowers for flat notes and invitations. Here is what I came up with...I love mixing the colors in the font and the border...it really changes the effect of each card. Take a look....

The Latest...

This is the most recent custom designed invitation - The customer was going for a "Minnie Mouse" feel and I really liked the way these turned out. I like that it is an incorporation of Minnie's dress but also like the fun and boldness of the invite. (FYI - I always change the address and phone number for posts to keep the customer's privacy :)

Also, here is another flat note design that matches the invite. I love the personalized touch of the monogram on top! I have really fallen in love with flat notes!!! I love the simplicity of them and how they are a little bit different than the standard folded notes that I always used while growing up.

SC Press Association

Excited that Tamagrams' Website received the "Honorable Mention Award" by the South Carolina Press Association on March 27th, in Columbia SC. I really enjoyed creating the design of the site and made me think that website templates could be another cool design opportunity and avenue.

New "TEXTyour'd" Stationary Line!

I've been having an itch to create a contemporary, fun, fresh & unique Initial Stationary line called "TEXTyour'd" for women... Note each initial is actually made up of lower case and capital forms of that letter. I love initial stationary, but these days so much of it all looks the same. I wanted to incorporate the "Initial" in a fresh and innovative way and with fresh, fun, lively colors! Tamagrams' Typography Initial folded note cards are blank inside and perfect for any occasion...Great for thank you notes or just dropping someone a line. Can do any color combination with a certain letter if requested. Here are a few letter notes for your viewing pleasure! For questions or a quote (pricing is based on quantity that is ordered), feel free to email me at info@tamagrams.com - Thank you!

NEW Paisley Stationary for Women!

It seems like I'm always grabbing a quick note to send a "thank you" or just dropping someone a line and had some ideas floating around in my head for cool stationary ideas that reflect more of my style at this stage and season of my life (because ones taste is always changing). I love a good paisley design and wanted to incorporate that on flat notes. I designed several different color schemes of a modern paisley that is accented in the top left hand corner. These can be customized with an individuals first name or first and last name on the stationary in a complimentary color to match the design. I always love to have a touch of personalization on notes. It reminds me that each person is designed & created in their own unique ways and it's fun to have personalized notes to reflect that and share with others. For quotes or questions, please email me at info@tamagrams.com - Thank you and have an egg-tra special Easter weekend!

(Also included 2 examples above that are left blank with no name)

Wedding Invitation

A friend of mine who is now living in Ireland and marrying a handsome Irish gent had me design her wedding invitations and response cards. I wanted to create something beautiful, yet simplistic for her. Here is the final product!
